Mechanical Supervisor

Oversees assigned area (e.g. work area, vehicles, tools, equipment, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring all are maintained in safe, clean, and good working condition in accordance with accepted standards. - To conduct Periodic inspection (PPM). - Supervises and manages the execution of routine and preventive maintenance scheduling work projects; adjusting work schedules in response to changing priorities; documenting and communicating information, etc.) for the purpose of maximizing customer service and efficient and effective operations. - To assist engineers in any work given and guide to subordinates. - Prescribes work detail, specifications and procedures to be adopted in special undertaking related to the repair and maintenance of equipment. - Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.Binaan Desjaya Sdn. Bhd. is a manufacturer of a precast concrete products. We specialize in Prefabricated Telekom Manhole, Concrete Pole and Iron Pole. Binaan Desjaya Sdn. Bhd. is currently operating from 23 + 4 acres land at Batu 12, Jalan Kuantan-Gambang, Pahang. We are operating with 4 production lines with 8 overhead 12.5 metric ton gantries and 3 crawler cranes. We also own and operate 9 separate concrete batching plants (with a capacity between 60m3 - 80m3/hour) and 50 units of mixer trucks. Presently, we produce about 40% of the ready-mixed concrete supply for the Kuantan area.
