Explore interactive community models and innovative capabilities, integrate online communities with offline communities for coordinated operations, establish a complete operation effect tracking and evaluation system, analyze process and result data, optimize the plan and then implement it. Responsible for managing the operation of the project on social media both domestically and internationally, building official fan pages, mining and analyzing user data, planning and executing activities, and analyzing the results. Continuously improve user research and competitor analysis, establish trust relationships with core users, and expand overseas industry KOL resources (including Twitter, Weibo, Ins, etc.) and Blockchain news media resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, journalism, or management-related fields, with at least two years of media work experience and the ability to work independently. Experience in internet community/overseas market operations and knowledge of Blockchain-related topics. Practical experience in overseas community operations and case studies, familiarity with community management methods, and experience in activity planning and data analysis. Familiar with and paying attention to mainstream media, communities, hot topics, internet trends, and platform operating modes, and able to maintain good cooperation relationships with multiple media outlets. Possess good initiative, self-motivation, closed-loop promotion ability, and logical thinking ability. Have web2, web3 industry KOL media resources, and overseas community resources.
