Media Digital Investment Executive

Job Description As a Digital Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with agency and vendor teams. which includes (but is not limited to) coordinating on media brief with the vendors, campaign reporting and liaising with finance team for projection/purchasing order and provide value base services unit which offers cost benefit to the main agencies i.e. Starcom/Zenith/Spark Foundry.  We are seeking individuals with a high-level of engagement and be able to work in a collaborative creative environment is preferred.  ROLE   Working closely with agencies under Publicis Groupe Malaysia and vendor teams.  Coordinating on media briefing to our clients and vendors  Creating a digital schedule for the agencies under Publicis Groupe Malaysia  Creating booking orders to the vendors  Creating report for campaigns (Interim/EOC)  Maintain monthly activity tracker  Liaise with finance department for production estimation/purchasing orders  Qualifications Qualifications 3+ working experience in the media and advertising industry Possess knowledge of digital terminology & media operations  Proficient in MS office excel, ppt Able to liaise between internal teams and media vendors  Accountable for his/her part of work  Additional Information Our employee benefits package comprises the following: Generous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave.
