Position Overview
We are looking for motivated and dynamicMedical Account Specialistto join our private hospital team, to be based in Penang.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and educating healthcare professionals on our products, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients, including doctors, nurses, and hospital administration.
Location: PENANG (Private Hospital)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and specialty departments.
Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and achieving sales targets.
Participate in continuing medical education (CME) programs and conferences to support product knowledge and adoption.
Provide regular reports to sales managers on territory performance, sales trends, and market feedback and new opportunities.
Update managers on the latest industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Life Sciences / other streams, Pharmacy, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in medical sales or healthcare-related sales is preferable.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel and flexible working hours.
