Registered Nurse
Diploma in Nursing or Diploma in Medical Assistant
Job Description:Responsible for providing comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, focusing on principles of fair access, patient participation, health promotion, and prevention.
Administer all forms of blood purification treatments required for end-stage kidney disease care.
Company:We are a medical provider or General Practitioner (GP) since 1983.
Currently, Poliklinik Dr Azhar dan Rakan-Rakan have more than 100++ branches of clinics all around Malaysia.
Other than that, we also have Pharmacy (Farmasi Azam), Dental Clinic (Azam Dental), and Dialysis centre (Pusat Hemodialisis Dr Azhar).
Our HQ is at Sungai Petani, Kedah.
