We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our innovative medical information technology solutions to healthcare organizations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our IT solutions can improve patient care, streamline operations, and enhance overall efficiency.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand the healthcare IT landscape. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations. Conduct regular follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our medical IT solutions and their applications in healthcare settings. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products to potential clients.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and informative presentations to healthcare professionals, demonstrating how our solutions can address their specific challenges and needs.
Demo and/or Training: Conduct product demos and training sessions, sometimes requiring travel for extended periods (e.g., one week or more) in different locations.
Tender Participation: Actively seek and participate in tender opportunities for hospital projects.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in medical IT sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements is preferred, but not compulsory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary remunerations will be based on experience.
