Medical Laboratory Technologist

**Job description****a) Perform routine and complex laboratory tests and analyses on patient specimens using a variety of laboratory equipment and instruments.****b) Ensure that all laboratory test results are accurate, reliable, and timely.****c) Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments as necessary.****d) Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies and inventory.****e) Follow established laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure quality control and safety in the laboratory.****f) Participate in ongoing trainin education to stay current with new laboratory techniques and technologies.****g) Assist with laboratory research projects as needed.****h) Communicate effectively with other laboratory staff, healthcare providers, and patients.****Job Requirement**:- **Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or Degree in Biomedical Science or Microbiology (or equivalent).**:- **Have experience and skills as a phlebotomist for 1 to 2 years.**:- **Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols and procedures.**:- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:- **Preferably those who are ready to begin working right away.**:- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:- **MALAYSIAN citizen only**:- **Age : 21-30****Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Holidays- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Laboratory: 1 year (required)
