Medical Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings with potential and existing clients, which includes doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other health care professionals.
Presenting company products to potential and existing clients and persuading them to make purchases, along with communicating insights to internal partners.
Providing case support at the Operating Theatres (OT) for existing and new clients.
Preparing sales reports and territory analyses and promptly submitting invoices to the relevant departments.
Identifying clients' needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
Identifying new opportunities to increase product sales, investigating and resolving client complaints, and strategically negotiating the terms of sale with clients to close sales.
Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing clients by providing excellent after-sales service.
