Job Requirements:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for achieving the assigned territory CHC sales, collection and marketing objectives within the company's procedures and policies.
Maintain a close relationship with all assigned customers to improve and increase sales.
Ensure effective coverage of the assigned distributors and wholesalers.
Sell the assigned range of company products as outlined in the sales budget.
Plan, liaise, influence, and coordinate with Distributor Salesman to sell the assigned range of company products.
Follow closely the marketing plans of action to gain maximum returns from company's trade deals and promotions.
Ensure all due and overdue accounts are collected on a timely basis.
Report on organisational structure, developments, and changes of competitors.
Conduct monthly meetings and field work visiting Distributors General team.
Report on competitors' activities by providing information on sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM preferably with a science background.
At least 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical/health industry.
Computer literate.
Strong interpersonal skills.
