Over 13 years of experience has aided us in the development of a wide range of Customised Procedure Packs eg. Ophthalmic Pack, O&G Pack, Angioplasty Pack, Dental Pack, Laparotomy pack etc. that can be specialised to suit any surgeries. Our main products included in the Procedure Packs: Drapes, Surgical Gowns, Back Table Cover, Syringes and Needles, Bowls, Scalpel/Knife, Gauzes, Sponges, Surgical Instruments Here at Tresco, we provide careful planning, preparation, and production services, completing your orders with passion and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction. Tasks & responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to engage with healthcare professionalsPresent product demonstrations and educate medical staff on the features and benefits of our surgicalprocedure packs, operation theatre instruments, and disposables.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, nurses, and purchasing personnel, to drive sales and foster customer loyalty.Identify opportunities for product expansion or improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for increasing product awareness and driving revenue growth.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments to inform business decisions and track performance metrics.Qualifications & experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare management, business administration, or life sciences.2 years experience in medical sales or product promotion, particularly within the surgical disposables or healthcare industry, is highly preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and build rapport.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and industry regulations is advantageous.
