You will play a key role in developing and nurturing professional relationships with TAEs and be responsible for effectively communicating scientific information and gathering actionable medical insights to drive our strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Scientific and Field-based specific accountabilities:Maintain a high level of scientific knowledge in Oncology, including disease states, research advances, approved treatment options, and investigational therapies, to ensure credible presentation, exchange, and dissemination of key scientific information to health care professionals and therapeutic area experts.
Execute and ensure successful implementation of regional and local medical affairs strategy and action plan.
Map and develop integrated KOL list, ensuring sufficient KOL coverage by field visits (80% fieldwork).Conduct educational meetings (CMEs) and scientific projects to fulfill unmet medical educational needs and disease state knowledge and ensure safe and appropriate use of Servier therapeutics.
Support medical and patient programs and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of these activities.
Share key insights from the medical and scientific community to guide internal strategy.
Respond to unsolicited requests from HCPs for medical information related to Servier portfolio.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings and share external stakeholders' insights with internal stakeholders to aid the development of pertinent medical, access, and product strategies.
Work closely with other members of the team to establish and strengthen strong relationships with key opinion leaders to advance the Company's reputation, commitment to patients, and expertise development in these areas.
Provide support during the initiation, oversight, and follow-up of company-sponsored clinical studies by identifying key sites, potential investigators, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
Review promotional materials.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities are compliant with Servier Policies and SOPs, and Medicines Malaysia's Code of Conduct.
Desired Skills, Experience and Requirements:
A high science degree such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, MBBS, or PhD (for oncology).
Strongly preferred with scientific and/or clinical experience or training in Oncology.
Minimum 2 years of MSL experience in the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.
Experience in developing and maintaining credible relationships with TAEs and other clients.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn and effectively convey clinical and non-clinical technical information and scientific/medical publications.
Strong business acumen, able to work in teams and autonomously.
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively with minimal supervision in a constantly changing environment.
