Member Relations Executive (Pavilion Bukit Jalil Mall)

Key Responsibilities



-Manage and process membership applications, renewals and termination


-Respond to queries, concerns and complaints from members or prospect members, provide appropriate solution


-Deliver high-quality customer service, and provide information on membership benefits, policies and procedures to members


-Serve members in a timely and effective manner and record relevant data accurately in the company database system.


-Manage and coordinate gift redemptions while keeping a regular checklist for all stock inventory


-Collaborate with and support marketing team during promotional and festive events


-Recruit new membership

; Requirements:-  Requirements:



-Candidate must possess minimum SPM or equivalent certificate


-1 year relevant experience in a customer service support environment preferable


-Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.


-Experience using membership and loyalty systems and mobile applications will be an added advantage


-Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
