Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
To ensure the local country team adherence and compliance to membership system and business policy and procedures via vetting, auditing and analysis tasks.
To be responsible to upkeep data accuracy and process efficiency as to achieve Company's objectives in providing first class administration services to our valued members and business team.
To constantly review and improve system and task processes where feasible.
To be transparent in all dealings and discussions with local country team and Membership Admin leaders, bringing issues/risk forward at the earliest opportunity.
Main Responsibilities/Duties
To ensure all membership and personal training sales are vetted according to the policy set by the Management with all required criteria are met.
To meet task and reporting deadline within the agreed timeline if not earlier.
To perform any administrative functions and any other transactional co-duties assigned.
To perform club/function audits when assigned.
To respond to all inbound enquiries within agreed service level agreement set by the management and head of department.
To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be needed and/or assigned by supervisor, leader or head of department.
Experience / Qualification
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Information Technology or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or with working experience are welcomed.
Possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven success in basic administrative and monitoring skills.
Good understanding of financial principles.
Possess good computer software knowledge ad functions, such as Excel, Word, Power-Point, Teams and any other analytical tools.
