CompanySama Kampung is a chain of specialty retail stores based in Kuching and Serian, Sarawak, specializing in supplying and selling kitchenware items to wholesalers, retailers, and end users.
Founded in 2015, Sama Kampung was initially named Sama Kampung Household Ware Sdn Bhd (1125017-U) with its first branch located in the Stutong Commercial Center.
It officially opened its doors for business to the public on 24 March 2015.
Due to the community's high demands, the business expanded, and a second branch was opened at Saddad Court in Jalan Kulas, commencing operations on 4 June 2015.
In 2019, the first branch was renamed to Sama Kampung Kitchen Ware Sdn Bhd (1147140-M), with the former name being used for its import, export, and warehouse operations.
Years passed, and the third branch opened in Serian on 24 November 2020, located at the new Central Link Commercial Centre.
As business was booming, the need to expand the first Stutong Branch arose, leading to the decision to relocate the current 2-shoplots business to a larger 5-shoplots location.
This reopening took place on 27 January 2021.
Sama Kampung, being a household name amongst the local community, is still looking to expand its business to cater to major commercial areas within Kuching and Sarawak.#J-18808-Ljbffr
