Menu Development Manager

Duties & Responsibilities1.To manage and innovate the key food categories such as in-store desserts, in-store food, Ready-to-eat, Bakes in mynews retail and CU mart. 2.To lead a team of food innovators, and plan out the key strategies for the appointed categories for a successful growth. 3.Drive product insights, roadmap, marketing and P&L of the product category4.Responsible to refine product recipes and formulations.5.Build and keep track of competitors products in a database. 6.Manage the entire process from market research, creating thematics, menu innovation, overseeing photo shooting, sourcing, costing, pricing, focus groups, SOP, final management tastings. 7.Oversee all of the SOPs created by team and ensure proper execution. 8.To ensure cost and operational efficiency by maximizing usage of each raw material. 9.To lead, manage and motivate respective Fresh Food Executives or Assistants Job RequirementsMust have: 1.Min 5 year(s) of working experience in retail/ CVS / FMCG / food service industry2.Knowledgeable in Food Science & Technology/ Halal/ Food Safety3.Attention to details and organized 4.Possess relevant experience leading Product development / innovation. 5.Good command of both written and spoken English. 6.Highly analytical mind, communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills to support business-decision making and help drive business efficiency7.Proficient in MS Office eg Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
