Mep (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Technician

Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning efficiently.
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Requirements: Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid certification or license preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
