We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice.Job DescriptionTo be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are metTo support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parametersTo identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issuesTo maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout projectTo manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedulesResponsible for the project planning, including producing the detailed project planTo lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project teamTo manage the change control processTo monitor and advise upon project financesTo manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communicationsTo prepare master programme, formal project progress and other reportsTo take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesTo identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line managerTo ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the internal databaseTo ensure prompt client invoicing and utilising of internal accounting systems in order to monitor a project's financial statusQualificationsDegree qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction, project management or similar function5 to 10 years' experience in project management, preferably in commercial developments, hospitality projects, mixed-use developments.Experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process will be preferredFluent in spoken and written English.Software competency in Microsoft ProjectAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
