Stocked internationally across renowned retailers, primarily in the US, UK, and Australia, the Merchandising Team works alongside the Operations and Production teams, as the heartbeat of the brand. As theMerchandise Executive , you will be responsible for inventory control and stock management across retail, wholesale, and marketplace channels. You will be coordinating merchandise flow from assortment planning to landing the finished product to the customer. Your key responsibility will be to oversee that all orders are fulfilled accurately, with a focus on meeting warehouse and customer objectives through planning and delivery.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –60% - Merchandising & Inventory Management
Manage daily stock transfers and consolidations accurately and effectively to capture and optimize digital/dropships & offline store sales/campaign moments.
Execute stock movement in accordance with general sales and marketing activities – e.g., monitoring supplies usage and initiating the ordering process by working with Operations & Production Teams.
Execute physical stock movement based on business needs, with accurate inventory movement tracking – coordinating between the warehouse, head office teams, and offline stores, problem-solving any stock inaccuracies and resolving them in a timely manner.
Process wholesale orders and create invoices accurately within 24 hours to ensure prompt sales closure, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer – communicating with Operations & marketplace account manager for changes and suggestions if any.
Ensure cycle count is created weekly for the warehouse or offline stores for accurate inventory accuracy in a timely manner.
Assist Production & Operations teams with defective pullback requests from the warehouse and offline stores if any.
Assist in daily merchandising-related tasks for offline stores, e.g., update promotion calendar, update promotion pricing, prepare promotion assets, manage price labels, etc.
Liaise with the marketplace account manager to coordinate stock allocation based on SOH & Sell-through reports.
Process PR gifting/staff purchase invoices and work alongside the Finance team to ensure payment and invoices tally.
Assist in creating product listings for different sales channels, e.g., dropship marketplaces, wholesale, retail POS, etc.
40% - Operations/Production
Work together with the Operations & Production Teams to prepare and deliver orders to our customers (online & offline) within the promised timeline accurately – be it a normal order or pre-order.
Assist the ops/production team to ensure product quality is met by carrying out quality checks and ensuring it meets brand requirements.
Assist the Production Manager with the new collection process, Wear Test, QC, bulk order, SKU & Barcode creation, and inbound of stock.
Day-to-day admin – e.g., liaising across departments and team members to ensure communications and any additional help needed across operations is met.
Conduct offline store stocktakes and monitoring to ensure the store team is performing within the timeline given.
Assist with dropship & offline store returns and process stock transfers/stock adjustments in the system accordingly to ensure inventory accuracy.
Follow up on shipments with suppliers, update respective trackers and product relevant info to ensure the timeline is up to date.
Ensure all shipments are received in accordance with the purchase order - quality, construction, specifications, and timeline.
Minimum QualificationsQualifications Needed -
Previous work experience of less than 2 years in fashion, stock management, or office administration is a bonus for this position, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Relevant Bachelor's degree – e.g., business studies, fashion merchandising, etc., is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
