RESPONSIBILITIES:Completing analytics and other tasks to support DTC business
Creating the allocation plan and ensure timely execution
Monitoring store stock levels and sales trends through allocation tools and analytics
Completing analytics to support balancing stock within stores and across channels as needed
Reviewing inventory to ensure support of seasonal marketing initiatives
Managing stock allocation to stores and balance the stock across stores and channels
Manage stock consolidation in between stores to reduce low moving merchandise
Ensure effective cross functional communication with key stakeholders (Retail & Marketing)
Participate in store visits (internal) and competitor market visits (external) to understand retail trends and consumer needs
Attending meetings as appropriate to learn new skills and increase business knowledge
KEY OUTPUTS/RESULTS:Weekly store level sales & inventory reports
Partner with Merchandising Managers to analyze data and information; Identifying business opportunities, positive and negative trends
Accurate implementation of allocation and replenishment
Partner with Merchandising Managers to manage effective inventory flow to maximize sell-through (ad-hoc promotions/ activations, creative pricing for clearance/ markdown)

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE:Proven competencies in retail math and understanding of what drives store performance
Excellent problem solving and analytic abilities, aptitude for math and data analysis
Effective communication skills and provides timely updates across all levels of the organization
TECHNICAL SKILLS:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications, specifically Powerpoint, Excel and Power BI; and other data analysis tools
Project management
SOP development and the development of work instructions are required
Self-driven and self-developer – demonstrate constant growth
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Independent and interdependent
SUCCESSFUL EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced retail organisation
Work experience as an Analyst or Planner (Sales, Merchandise, Retail)
1 year of data analyst experience
1 year of dashboard development
