MERCHANDISER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
Key Task
Check in and complete tasks through RetailAIM Mobile Apps.
On-time execution for secondary display setup within the agreed timeline.
Conduct inventory checks on both primary & secondary displays - Reporting.
Check all product ranges & OOS with supporting visuals.
Ensure in-store fundamentals are in place: Price, Shelving, Planogram, & Cleanliness.
Conduct on-shelf product replenishment according to FEFO/FIFO.
Manage product aging - periodic checks.
Build rapport with store PIC.
Observe competitive products or related promotional activity and maintain a price list.
Prompt sales orders.
Provide timely feedback to key stakeholders if there are any issues/help needed.
Weekly market returns at client's warehouse - Reporting (Applicable for Central Merchandiser only).
New store and store closure arrangements.
Accurate reporting of SOS, SOD, MBB.
Monitor the availability of testers & their condition, request replacements when short.
Monthly MSL price tracker for all retailers, weekend promo price checks if there are weekend sales - Reporting.
Report counter maintenance issues.
Dismantle events.
