Merchandiser(Southern)

Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment and placement.- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source products, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.- Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and pricing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.- Monitor inventory levels and product performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, providing product training and support as needed.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for product innovation and improvement.- Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance, market trends, and merchandising activities for management review.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in all merchandising activities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and techniques.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and retail partners.- Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a passion for product presentation and visual merchandising.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.**Job Types**: Contract, TemporaryContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Merchandising: 1 year (required)Expected Start Date: 05/20/2024
