Merchandiser (Trading & Distribution)

Ensure that our snack food products are prominently displayed in stores across Malaysia, and that they are presented in an attractive and appealing manner to customers.- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales teams, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.- Conduct regular store visits to monitor and maintain product displays, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.- Work closely with sales teams to ensure our products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and in compliance with company standards.- Monitor and report on stock levels and sales performance, and provide regular feedback to management.- Identify new merchandising opportunities and make recommendations for product placement and promotions.- Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to promote our snack food products.- Collaborate with other departments, including sales and marketing, to develop and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales growth.- Provide feedback to senior management on store and market trends, customer needs and preferences, and competitive landscape.- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising best practices.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store visits and activities.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including health and safety regulations.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all relevant laws and regulations.- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement.Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Merchandising: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Melayu, ENglish & Mandarin (preferred)License/Certification:- D (preferred)**Location**:- Johor Bahru (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
