Responsibilities:Assists sales operation by updating price ledger, product line, product grade; proceeding pending sales order, and art set to ensure smooth business operation.
Assist in stock management by issuing purchase orders and allocating stocks to selected branches to support sales activities.
Support business partners by attending to inquiries on product price and stock ETA to ensure smooth business operation and customer service quality.
Maintain supplier relationships by constantly communicating with suppliers to keep them updated on in-house promotions and to obtain updated stock information from them.
Support inventory management by monitoring slow sellers and taking actions to assist in reducing prices or setting promotions as necessary to maintain desired inventory turnover rate.
Prepare department and division monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports by collecting and analyzing sales figures/trends to ensure timely submission of reports to support decision making of Head of Department.
Assist in company's marketing and promotional campaigns by creating product package codes and providing advertisements on products to ensure accuracy of advertisement and promotion leaflets.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business or related field.
Good interpersonal skills and good analytical skills.
Experience in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Nearby public transport (10 mins walk from Pandan Jaya LRT Station).
