Job Description :
Update and clean item master data.
Upload retail price & maintain pricing signage.
Ensure all product costs are updated correctly.
Prepare product catalog & samples based on local region/market requirements.
Ensure all purchase orders & customer orders are generated accurately.
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and proper execution of merchandise plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships to negotiate favorable terms and secure high-quality products.
Develop, implement, and monitor effective promotional and advertising strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand goals.
Create and manage educational resources for staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and merchandising standards.
Design and maintain efficient store layouts to enhance the shopping experience.
Ensure stores and shelves are stocked with appropriate product quantities and assortments.
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstocking.
Develop and achieve Product Development Critical Path.
Display, arrange, price, and appealingly rotate products to maximize sales.
Use sales and pricing data to identify profitable product lines and recommend promotional strategies.
Optimize sales volume and profitability by focusing on bestsellers and high-margin products.
Track store inventory against sales and intake, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking.
Collaborate with store managers to forecast inventory needs.
Prepare sales, stocks & KPI reports weekly.
Monitor aging reports monthly by stores and region.
Monitor shipments to ensure all shipments have been GRN across all regions in a timely manner.
Supervise and monitor product quality & relabeling needed in respective regions as required.
Maintain accurate records of stock adjustments.
Monitor shortage, damaged & expired claims submission on a monthly basis.
Review the batch code of all products for incoming shipments.
Achieve budget financial objectives.
Ensure the budgeted STR and MOH are achieved and maintained at a healthy level while achieving other financial objectives set by the company.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or any related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role.
Proven track record in inventory management and sales analysis.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with inventory management and retail software systems.
Knowledge of marketing principles and promotional campaign strategies.
Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving skills to address inventory challenges and optimize sales performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Ability to design appealing store layouts and product displays.
