Castlery is looking for a Merchandising Operations Specialist to join our E-Commerce Team

As the Merchandising Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Castlery's e-commerce growth efforts across the US.

Job Description:1.
Vendor Coordination:Coordination with vendor in confirming Proforma Invoices and ensure accuracy in order details
Follow up on production status with vendors, ensuring on-time delivery and updating internal stakeholders.
Handle discussions regarding split shipment quantities, confirm final arrangements with vendors, and oversee shipments.

Order Management:Confirm order quantities with relevant stakeholders on Proforma invoices before start mass production
Confirm final order quantities with relevant stakeholders before shipments.
Maintain and update the inventory worksheet to reflect accurate inventory information.
Create PO labelling and send to vendor

Logistics and Shipments:Monitor, check and remind vendor regarding container booking and shipment arrangements with logistic teams.
Assist buying team in coordinating the delivery of swatches, and samples delivery, ensuring timely and organized shipments.
4.
Payment and Documentation:Assist senior merchandiser in preparing payment documents, ensure all paperwork is aligned with company policies and requirements.
5.
Spare part management:Manage the creation of the new spare parts with relevant stakeholders
Coordinate the ordering process, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and communicated.
Job Requirements:Min 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement or Logistics.
Highly organized, and able to manage priority in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Fluent both in written and spoken English.
Fluent proficiency in basic software applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to effectively perform essential job duties
Detail-oriented, consistently prioritizes accuracy, and is proactive in identifying and correcting potential errors before they impact the work or the team
Experience in furniture industry and knowledge in supply chain is a plus
