Job DescriptionResponsible for ensuring the right amount of merchandise mix in stores from the moment of product launching until selling out, with the goal of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute merchandising/sales/production strategies while revising plans according to actual sales data and adjusting production by SKU.
Minimize Out of Stock SKU percentages through thorough review and forecasting of each item's sales.
Work as a team to maximize sales and profit, minimize year-end inventory, and eliminate SKU out of stock.
Job RequirementsGood analytical skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; preferably 4-5 years working in a related field.
Strong commercial acumen with an interest in understanding the latest consumer trends and behavior.
Self-driven, takes ownership, and acts promptly to accomplish performance targets and expectations.
Resourceful and able to work under pressure, handling ad-hoc tasks by proactively seeking information and taking appropriate actions when changes arise.
