Your primary task will be to gain an extensive understanding of our merchant services portfolio and the potential client environment.
Your expertise will shape the crafting of acquisition strategies.
As the main point of contact, you'll adeptly convey our value proposition to prospective merchants, assisting them in identifying how our solutions can enhance their business operations.
Additionally, you'll contribute to the promotion of our diverse array of products and services.
Collaborating closely with our Sales and Operation Leads on complex situations will provide a great opportunity for professional growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in identifying and securing high-potential merchant prospects.
Effectively articulate the advantages and features of our product suite.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operation Leads on complex negotiations.
Track merchant activity and potential opportunities via our tracking and reporting systems.
Record interactions and inquiries using our ticketing system and other tools.
Perform additional duties as necessary, demonstrating adaptability and dedication.
Skills and Qualifications:Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Proficiency in Chinese or other third languages is a plus.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales instinct and the ability to identify promising business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of the micro and small medium enterprise (MSME) landscape in Malaysia.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
