Responsibilities:
Monitor and provide feedback on merchant requests, competitor activity, and market updates to ensure achievement of business targets.
Ensure terminals are installed and set up on time to capture maximum business volume.
Perform account management on merchants to understand their latest needs and build relationships.
Manage merchant's CASA to maximize profitability for our business.
Convert existing CASA to increase the AMBANK CASA base.
Service merchants to strengthen relationships for continuous support of high sales volume.
Handle and escalate merchant issues, resolving them within a reasonable timeline.
Provide effective feedback to improve the efficiency of internal processes.
Develop individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement and readiness for higher positions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably majoring in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in sales or service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
Display a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
