Merchant Sales Executive (Melaka)

Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new accounts.
Create and build good relationships between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
Handle merchant/customer complaints and provide feedback to management for operational improvement.
Gather market information such as competitor activities and customer behavior.
Conduct training for merchants.
Follow up on merchant complaints and feedback.
Ensure sufficient forms and POP at merchant locations while maximizing market exposure.
Negotiate with merchants to achieve solutions that benefit both the company and the merchants.
