Job Responsibility
Main Purpose of JobTo ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well
Maintain a good level of merchant servicing
New merchant development
Principle Responsibilities & DutiesTo ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all AEON's information assets are protected
To report promptly any breach of law, regulation, the company's code of conduct or other company policies and guidelines to immediate superior
To monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new accounts
Merchant servicing, handle & follow up merchant's complaints & feedback
Active engagement with the merchant - Conduct training to new merchants
To create and build up a good relationship between organization and merchant to create loyal business partners
Monitoring sales claims and ensure no sales claims expired
To gather market information such as competitor activities.
Job RequirementsMinimum Job Requirement (Education & Experience)Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
STPM/SPM with minimum 3 years related experience and leading team experience
Able to speak in English
Possess own transport and willing to travel
Job Competency RequirementsGood relationship building skills and able to develop a strong relationship with the merchants
Highly adaptable to constant business change.
Have own transportation
Strong written and oral communication skills
Efficient in providing market information.
