Merchant Service Executive ( Perak)

Job Responsibility
Ensure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well.
Maintain a good level of merchant servicing, monitor merchant sales performance, and identify and develop new accounts.
Handle and follow up on merchant complaints and feedback; actively engage with merchants.
Conduct training for new merchants.
Create and build a good relationship between the organization and merchants to foster loyalty as business partners.
Monitor sales claims and ensure no sales claims expire.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline (STPM/ SPM).
Minimum 3 years of related experience with team leadership experience.
Lesson planning skills to systematically incorporate key elements into lessons.
Presentation skills to effectively deliver content to participants.
Able to communicate with all levels and target audiences.
Listening skills to empathize and understand others' ideas.
Persuasion skills to motivate others toward positive actions, attitudes, and behaviors, along with the ability to handle and manage stress.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
PC literate.
