Merchant Service Executive - Perak

Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure Easy Payment Product Sales & operations are functioning well.
Maintain a good level of merchant servicing.
Monitor merchant sales performance, identify and develop new accounts, handle & follow up on merchant's complaints & feedback.
Engage actively with the merchant.
Conduct training for new merchants to create and build a good relationship between the organization and merchants, fostering loyalty as business partners.
Monitor sales claims to ensure none are expired.
Job RequirementsDegree or Diploma holder in any discipline.
STPM/SPM with a minimum of 3 years related experience and experience in leading teams.
Skills RequirementsLesson planning skills to systematically incorporate key elements.
Presentation skills to effectively deliver content to participants.
Able to communicate with all levels and target audiences.
Listening skills to empathize and understand others' ideas.
Persuasion skills to encourage positive actions, attitudes, and behaviors; ability to handle & manage stress.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
PC literate.
