Job Description: NPI Support: Gathering and confirming requirementsDesigning product label templatesSetting up process routing and controlManaging serial number (SN) rules and key management in system settingsSetting up and mapping information (customer API, test logs data)Daily Operation Support: During Test/Pilot Run:Confirming ERP data requirementsEnsuring system settings and label readinessWork Order Release:Confirming MP planSetting and confirming final process routesSetting up part number serial number prefixesSetting up assembly/repair stations for additional part scanningMaintaining part numbers in MES for extra keypart bindingDefining rework items and setting up RMA processesPerforming basic daily maintenance, including:Handling system errorsMaintaining dashboardsRetrieving MES dataConfirming customer API dataSupporting barcode printing applications (eg : Codesoft/Bartender)Qualifications: Prefer Proven experience in Manufacturing Execution System or a related fieldStrong understanding of ERP systems and manufacturing processesProficiency in system settings and label readinessExperience with barcode printing applications (eg : Codesoft/Bartender)Ability to handle system errors and perform basic maintenance tasksExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with MES developers, Process Engineers, Test Engineers, production personnel, and other related internal and external stakeholdersPreferred: Proficiency in Mandarin, as you will be engaging with Eastern customers
