Responsibilities:Innovate & Enhance: Conduct studies and research to propose innovative enhancements or upgrades to our existing messaging infrastructure and open-source systems.
Deploy & Support: Set up, install, configure, implement, and provide top-notch support for our solutions, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage and optimize messaging infrastructure systems.
Secure & Optimize: Ensure the security and peak performance of infrastructure systems, using your expertise to optimize and automate system operations through scripting (Bash/Perl), programming, and various software tools.
Maintain & Monitor: Provide support and maintenance for systems, including software patching and upgrades, while continuously monitoring service performance.
Contribute & Excel: Drive the company's objectives and KPIs with your contributions and perform any other tasks as needed to support our goals.
Requirements:Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer systems, Linux, and networking systems.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of computer systems, networking, and internet technologies, with a focus on open-source systems and Linux OS (eg. Redhat, CentOS).
Skill Set: Proficiency in programming or scripting languages like C, Perl, PHP, and Python.
Additional Experience: Experience with cloud platforms, Linux environments, Zimbra software, or email platforms is a plus.
Passion for Learning: A keen interest in exploring new technologies and frameworks.
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
Proactive & Independent: Capable of working independently, with excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong team player.
Availability: Ready to provide standby support when needed.
