Metrology Senior Staff Engineer

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.
Responsibilities:Own and perform engineering support for Lithography processes assigned.
Manage process/equipment parameters and ensure the robustness of processes/equipments with Line of Defense (LOD), Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, Standard Calibration and other problem solving/improvement tools.
Support process & technology transfers to meet company targets in supporting production/metrology tool's ramp.
Perform Process FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management via PPCM.
Create and maintain documentation, certification & compliance of procedure in assigned functional areas according to quality standard & customer requirements.
Provide training to junior engineer, technician, OTD & Manufacturing Specialist.
Work as a team between Production/Engineering/Process Integration/Technology/Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce metrology line disruptions.
Minimum Requirements:Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Microelectronics / Materials / Chemistry / Physics.
3-5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industries with Metrology Tools.
Advanced knowledge in semiconductor metrology tool's processes & equipment.
Skilled in MiniTab, MSA, FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, APC, SPC, OEE, Words, Excel, PPT, Power BI.
Fluent in English/Malay language (verbal & writing).
Advanced communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees.#J-18808-Ljbffr
