onsemiis looking for a Test Manufacturing Manager focused to support our Silicon Carbide (SiC) operations. This role will helponsemicontinue to accelerate the company's SiC strategy and ensure our path to success.
As the Test Manufacturing Manager, you will serve a critical role in our SiC Operations Group.

ResponsibilitiesSite Project Leader for New Products Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), TCI (Test Capacity Improvement) & PCR (Product Cost Reduction) Test Development Projects. Ownership and responsible for the key performance indices.
Technical Team Lead to provide guidance and resolve tactical test related issues during New Product Introduction (NPI) qualify and release with attention to key performance indices including release hit rate, cycle time, quality, test time and test yield.
Responsible and proactive to identify opportunities for TCI and PCR by various data analysis tools (JMP, Exensio, and many in-house tools), and drive for continuous improvement with attention to key performance indices including Test Capacity Improvement, Product Cost Reduction and Test Cost Reduction.
Collaborate with Project Leader, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Engineer, Marketing, Product engineer and Manufacturing to ensure a smooth and robust test package release to high volume manufacturing environment. Continue to support on continuous improvement.
Define tester & handler/Prober platform, test methodology and test flow to achieve minimum test cost and highest test yield.
Strategize and execute the test development roadmap, work with internal and external groups (Tester, Handler, Prober, Contractor, PCB, etc.).
Ensure release & execution of project milestones, working with relevant internal or external groups.
Perform other duties as required by immediate superior from time to time.
QualificationsRequirements:
At least a degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree in Semiconductor Physics.
Solid understanding of discrete, PMIC, analog and digital products, including product characteristics, functionality, and applications.
Proficient in Eagle ETS-800/364/300/88 testers is a must. PFT, DTS and TMT (ASL1K) experience is an added advantage.
Product Engineering or equivalent experience is an added advantage.
A team player with initiative and a keen sense of responsibility and urgency.
