Mgr Industrial EngineeringAs the IE Manager, you will be playing a crucial role in developing and optimizing the strategies to drive the performance enhancement of manufacturing capacity, efficiency and productivity.
ResponsibilitiesIn this position, as IE Manager you will lead a team of engineers:
Develop and implement production layout strategies that optimize resources utilization, minimize waste, and ensure efficient workflow.
In-depth knowledge of capacity planning, production layout strategies, time study analysis and ensuring optimum resources allocation and meeting customer demand.
Lead, motivate, and collaborate across global organization and cross-functionality to drive performance improvements, resolve challenges, develop, and implement innovative solutions to drive manufacturing efficiency with organizational requirements in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological enhancements, and emerging practices in industrial engineering.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information, influencing key stakeholders at various levels.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field and equivalent experience/education.
15+ years working experience in capacity planning, manufacturability knowledge and new product introduction/product transfer.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
Proficient in the use of industrial engineering tools, techniques, and software with expertise in Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
Excellence in analytical and problem-solving abilities, project management skills with implementation of successful projects.
Excellent knowledge in Semiconductor industry and capital equipment.
Experience in Manufacturing Tool Asset Management will be an added advantage.
Experience in Forecasting, Raise and Manage Capital Expenditure and Operational Expenditure cost to meet Factory Operational Excellence on target.
