Global Logistics Operations, Global Logistics Quality
The Impact You'll MakeOversees the planning and controls the flow of materials, products, services, and related systems information from point of origin to point of delivery to ensure quality standards are imbedded.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, third-party warehousing, and shipping/receiving activities.
Develops and implements logistics quality plans, budgets, and procedures to maximize compliance with customer needs within budget constraints.
Interacts with vendors and peers in Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product Development to optimize systems and procedures, while reducing errors in order deliveries.
Selects, develops, and evaluates logistics quality personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the Logistics Quality team.
What You'll DoWorks with other managers to establish expertise in problem statement creation and root cause determination (5Why/Ishikawa).
Ensures the voice of the Warehouse/Depots on quality is accurately and consistently represented globally.
Program manages execution and quality of investigations and RCCA's to cycle time objectives in assigned warehouses and regions.
Develops analytical capability to identify trends and patterns in quality data to drive required improvements.
Evaluates logistics performance to drive quality improvements in Global Logistics operations.
Leads activities and resources to respond to the customer on quality resolution and requests.
Identifies, recommends, and drives preventative actions in logistics operations.
Works as part of the Logistics Quality team to improve processes and share BKMs to improve results.
Holds Logistics Quality team members accountable for delivering on quality objectives through the establishment of effective accountability systems.

Who We're Looking ForBachelors Degree and 6 Years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain operations, or manufacturing operations.
Experience with completing process improvement projects in a warehouse or manufacturing environment that increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
Expert Knowledge/Experience with Lam systems: KM Matrix, iPLM, iQMS and SAP.
Knowledge of the 8D problem solving method.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in 8D Problem solving and use of root cause determination tools such as 5 Why, Cause Mapping, Ishikawa/Fishbone analysis.
