About the DepartmentSupport the development of UOB's BB portfolio capabilities by overseeing the implementation of campaigns to support the acquisition of new clients and deepening existing client engagement.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product managers, IT and operations as well as external agencies in ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Drive the creation and execution of high-quality, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media, website and mobile app.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative and engaging content that aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with our target audience.
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and meet or exceed performance expectations.
Drive usage and implement/refine marketing analytics model.
Utilize strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights into customer behavior and recommending improvements for future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
Present clear actionable insights to business banking portfolio management and marketing teams.
Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, etc.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a bank or financial institution.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Strong knowledge in Statistics, machine learning, econometrics, and/or database management.
Expertise in SQL queries, VBA programming, SAS, SPSS or R.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
