Oversee the entire production lifecycle of micro series projects, from concept development to final delivery.
Collaborate with writers, directors, and creative teams to develop engaging and compelling micro series content.
Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining efficiency and quality.
Prepare and manage production budgets, allocating resources effectively to achieve creative and operational goals.
Hire, supervise, and coordinate with production teams, including crew, cast, editors, and technical staff, to ensure smooth workflows.
Oversee pre-production activities such as script breakdowns, scheduling, location scouting, and resource planning.
Manage on-set operations during filming to ensure creative vision, timelines, and budgets are adhered to.
Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound design, and visual effects, to ensure content aligns with creative objectives.
Ensure content is optimized for target platforms, including vertical or horizontal formats, mobile-first apps, or streaming services.
Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to align production goals with promotional strategies and audience engagement objectives.
Troubleshoot production challenges and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
Stay up to date with trends in short-form content, audience behaviours, and industry standards to inform production decisions.
Job Requirements
4-6 years of experience as a producer, line producer, or production manager, preferably in short-form or episodic content production.
Proven experience managing end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production to post-production.
Strong understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation for production projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines and dynamic production schedules.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to coordinate across creative and technical teams.
Familiarity with video formats, storytelling structures, and audience engagement strategies specific to short-form content.
