Inviso supports Microsoft by providing a range of services targeted toward accelerating customer adoption of Microsoft Cloud solutions and is expanding our support of M365 Copilot adoption through the launch of a series of "Master Class" workshops. This program provides expert consultation on their current M365 Copilot use cases and advises on how to expand the use of M365 Copilot across their organization. The success of the M365 Copilot Adoption Master Class is defined by enabling customers to expand their Copilot consumption, empowering businesses to navigate the digital landscape with confidence.
The Role
A successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers with the adoption and integration of M365 Copilot, ensuring they maximize the benefits of this innovative tool. As an M365 Copilot Adoption Consultant, you will provide expert advice and support to our customers, guiding them through steps of implementation and helping them to transform their operations with AI-powered efficiency. Successful applicants will work with customers to assess their business needs and objectives, identifying how M365 Copilot can address their challenges and enhance their productivity.
This role is focused on engagements delivered in the English language. Applicants should have a CEFL rating of at least C1.
Successful candidates will be able to deliver all components of a customer engagement, including:
Engagement with Microsoft Stakeholders and Field Sellers.
Requirements Communication and Kickoff:Understanding and clearly communicating the Master Class requirements and goals as well as the relevant benefits and outcomes to be expected upon delivery.
Discovery:Determining the optimal workshop approach to achieve the stated objectives.
Analysis:Reviewing and finalizing a Master Class Report, identifying and highlighting key insights.
Presentation:Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations to relevant customer, partner, and Microsoft contacts.
Cross-team Coordination:Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-engagement actions with relevant Microsoft, Partner, or other point(s) of contact.
Tracking:Log activities and updates in appropriate systems (e.g., internal CRM systems, M365 Copilot Adoption seat count pre and post assessment) for accurate tracking and reporting.
Required experience:
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem.
2-4 years' experience in customer-facing consultancy focusing on Microsoft technologies.
Ability to analyze, interpret, and present customer feedback and sentiments.
Demonstrated ability to manage a queue of projects concurrently with little supervision – project & time management, coordination, status updates, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience consulting on Microsoft 365 products and services.
Familiarity with M365 Copilot and/or Generative AI (ChatGPT, Google Gemini).
Knowledge of other products related to M365 Copilot (Copilot Studio, Viva).
Proven experience in consulting or a similar role focused on software adoption, preferably with Microsoft products.
