Job FunctionsSolid experience working with Microsoft Teams implementation and deployment
Resolving incidents & requests from end users
Involvement in critical P1/P2 incident troubleshooting
Involvement in Problem and Change management processes and implementations
Conduct research and testing of new Microsoft Teams features and devices, summarize results and provide recommendations for company-wide implementations
Participate in new IT projects implementations
Liaise, coordinate and follow up with vendors on IT asset purchases and installations, incident resolutions (e.g., Microsoft)
Perform setup, testing and troubleshooting of systems or hardware to ensure it is working as intended
Conduct training for end users on video conferencing systems and audio-visual devices
Provide advice to end users on best practices and tips & tricks for using Microsoft Teams
Prepare knowledge base and user guide for common issues or frequently asked questions
Additional experience supporting large scale Microsoft Teams conferencing events using Teams Live Event would be an added advantage
Skills RequiredHave strong technical and administrative knowledge in supporting Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Room
Have experience in supporting meeting rooms with complex audio-visual systems
Ability to lead troubleshooting activities and being a go-to person
Possess strong self-initiative, resourcefulness, and ability to deliver with minimum supervision
Sound computer skills and familiarity with IT components, network, email, Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrate ability to use remote administration tools
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling, and interpersonal skills
Have experience working with teams across multiple time zones and regions
Ability to successfully manage multiple and competing priorities
Strong documentation skills and keen attention to detail
Experience in Project Management will be an added advantage
Qualification and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 3 years working experience in IT related field
