You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. The ideal candidate will be able in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our Maxis' solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success. Fresh graduates who are energetic with a can-do attitude are highly encouraged to apply!What are you accountable forDevelop and formulate strategic tactical plans in a bigger market portfolio. To ensure KPI and goals of assigned accounts in portfolio are met.Build market position in the assigned account by identifying potential business deals and close relationship with existing and new customersDevelop and formulate retention strategy to minimize churn rate of the portfolio of accountsProvide and screen data/ information for potential business deals by analysing market strategy, examining risks and financial accuracy for business decision makingProtect organization's value by keeping company information and tender confidentialGrow account depth and breadth to ensure account coverage on top of dealer coverage where applicableAssist collection team on customers' aging.Ensure pipeline in CRM are diligently updated - consistently exploring new opportunities on weekly basis to follow up through from initiating appointment to closing.Capable to develop assigned accounts with Account Development Plans to increase revenue.Good collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive operation and service delivery.What do you need to have for this roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levelsResult driven and passionate individual who eager to help customer by providing solutions based on customer needsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackTertiary education in business administration, sales or relevant fieldWhat's nextOnce you've applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
