Responsibilities:
1) Visual Conceptualisation: Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual concepts for digital campaigns, websites, mobile apps, branding projects, and UI/UX initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
2) Design Direction: Provide artistic direction and mentorship to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment that inspires excellence.
3) Collaboration: Collaborate with account managers, strategists, and developers to translate client briefs into creative strategies and design solutions that drive results and exceed client expectations.
4) Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guardianship, owning the client's identity and brand voice across all digital touchpoints while maintaining awareness of country and regional nuances.
5) Design: Hands-on design involvement, from conceptualization through to production, with a deep understanding of working processes and a commitment to maintaining creative standards.
6) Leadership: Effectively lead and motivate junior designers, managing outputs and negotiating priorities for the team to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality.
7) Quality Control: Review and approve design work, providing feedback and revisions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards.
8) Client Collaboration: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, effectively communicating creative rationale and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance deliverables.
10) Up to date: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital design to inform and inspire creative solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.
11) Business: Partner with the business development team to support new business pitches and proposals, contributing creative insights and expertise to drive growth and success.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects.

3) Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
