Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP.In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.We are currently looking for a Executive Media Planning to join us.This role requires strong relationship development skills across internal and external business partners and a passion for innovation, while maintaining a consistent focus on demand creation.Understanding of B2B strategy, marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies is an added advantage.In this role, you'll be responsible for the planning and buying of digital activation campaigns (programmatic display, premium display, content syndication, mobile and paid social) and their subsequent implementation.You will be charged with identifying revenue and cost saving opportunities, executing tactics and optimizing digital programs.In addition, you will also create detailed digital marketing analysis and reports with insights and action items.You will be in charge of the executing campaigns for a famous Tech Client.Ensuring a high standard of strategic thinking and working in alignment with the line manager to drive the brand and business forward ensuring a high standard of strategic thinking and working in alignment with the line manager to drive the brand and business forward.You will be part of the planning and strategy unit.At GroupM APAC, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us.Reporting of the roleThis role reports to: Planning Lead3 best things about the job: Integrated media knowledge and professional skill improvement in the big teamComprehensive and efficient working process and guideline make integrated planning working smoothlyPlay an integral role in the planning and management of the digital media budget.In this role, your goals will be: In three months: Learned the basics of FMCG business and how media is run effectively.Formed an understanding of the client's marketing & media strategy across APAC markets.You will be able to manage relevant agencies and 3rd party vendors in the execution of campaigns.In six months: Led your own set of campaigns and be responsible for campaign optimization/ reporting.You will understand which activities increase conversion rates throughout the lifecycle, eagerly leverage personas and buy journey intelligenceCommunicate media plan materials to client and local teams including media plans, creative requirements, strategy, budgets etc.In 12 months: Taken control of the day-to-day management of the client's media plan.Proven yourself as a reliable point of contact for client stakeholders.Responsibilities of the role: Support the local markets and manage the media vendors in planning and execution of media plansManage the day to day operations of some of the centralized media buys and work with local and regional vendors and publishersUse and analyse data to inform media strategies and optimizationsResponsible for being partner and expert on digital to local markets, clients and colleaguesPlay an integral role in the planning and management of the digital media budgetEnsuring complete and actionable analysis of digital buys and optimizations of future campaigns based on those learningsCommunicate media plan materials to client and local teams including media plans, creative requirements, strategy, budgets etc.Maintain a schedule of digital campaigns and ensure delivery is on time and on budgetAggressively pursue and implement new media ideas and applications that build the client's business across all programsDevise and execute A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings in to future campaign activitiesMeasure and analyse results.Regular reports on what is working, what is not and propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.Minimum qualifications: At least 1-2 years of digital media marketing experience working for industry leading company or agency with significant media budgets.Media Planning, Programmatic, Social, Search and/or e-Commerce media experience would be highly beneficialMedia planning experience (agency preferred)Demonstrated ability to understand business goals and develop unique media opportunities that deliver on the business goalSolid quantitative/analytical skills and strong attention to detail.Proven track record of conceptualizing programs, selling-in internally and executingAbility to interface and manage cross functional internal and client teamsExperience interacting with vendors/contractors, including effective project scoping, managing for results, and financial and operational accountability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
