Position:Management (Information & Communication Technology)
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist IT Manager in groupwide ERP implementation.
Review and implement HR Payroll & HRMS system for SIB Group.
Review and implement ERP System for Operations.
Develop and customize ERP system reports for related departments.
Conduct training and user acceptance testing for system development.
Ensure user needs are met through the deployment and updates of software.
Manage the application lifecycle and people involved in the process to ensure smooth deployment and post-deployment modifications.
Accountable for support and maintenance of groupwide ERP systems.
Secondary Functions:
Ensure all IT policies and procedures are followed by IT users.
Assist MIS Team in PC hardware and software maintenance.
Assist MIS Team in backup and recovery processes.
Assist MIS Team in department's administration.
Assist MIS Team in ERP support and maintenance.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor of Information Technology, or
Bachelor of Computer Science, or
Bachelor of Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
Working Experience Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a listed manufacturing group.
1-2 years experience in ERP implementation.
Organizational Knowledge Requirements:
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Able to understand programming structure and syntax troubleshooting.
Database Management (MySQL, MariaDB).
Knowledge of HR Payroll software or HRMS systems or ERP software is an added advantage.
Knowledge of manufacturing operations is an added advantage.
Computer facilities maintenance and troubleshooting.
Network infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of VBA script is an added advantage.
