Mis Officer/Executive

Able to start work within a short period of time will add as an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support to internal users.
Assist in implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting MIS systems (computer hardware & software, servers, printers, network infrastructures, internet services, etc).
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ERP system implementation, integration, and system support.
Manage IT asset movement and update the IT asset database.
Handle any ad hoc assignments from management as needed.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/System/Computer Science or any related field of study.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize daily workload.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
Own transport and willing to travel to retail outlets when necessary.
Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
