Mis Officer

Job Responsibilities:To support existing IT infrastructure including server, network and database administration.
To provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the end-users.
To be responsible for all technical aspects of the computer system.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT updates and services.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology (Computer/Network) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Proven ability to perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software with knowledge of PC/workstation.
Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
Possess excellent project coordination, highly self-motivated and troubleshooting skill.
Good communication skills and able to describe proper solutions to users.
Must have high commitment and responsibility towards the job.
Based on Glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam.
