Job Requirement: Minimum Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalentMinimum 5 years of working experience as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer or relevant role in construction or property development industryPossess technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, construction and designIT/Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and CAD i.e. AutoCadAble to work independently with high degree of integrity and accountabilityTraveling from the office to various sites as required.In a good health condition Job Description: To assist the Project Manager on all site matters i.e. planning, coordination or any site worksTo coordinate with all the consultants and contractors to coordinate M&E drawings in compliance with contract requirementsTo oversee, supervise, co-ordinate and monitor the daily site operations, structural and architectural construction works at project siteTo monitor overall construction progress and update immediate superiors regularly on all site issues, problems and contractor's performanceTo be present at site at all times and during all critical structural works such as concreting, fixing of reinforcement, installation and removal of temporary supports on all site related mattersTo attend and participate in coordination meetings to ensure implementation of projectTo maintain and ensure updated and proper project documentationTo witness inspection, testing and commissioning activities by contractors/sub-contractors and consultantsTo collaborate with the consultants and all the relevant parties to procure the obtain of Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) for the ProjectTo monitor and coordinate on all defect rectification worksOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.salary is subject to change based on experience.Able to work in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru, Johor.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
