Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot: Identify and fix problems with mobile devices
Repair: Replace damaged parts like batteries, screens, and keypads
Test: Run tests to assess the functionality of the device
Install and update software: Install and update the phone's software
Provide estimates: Provide customers with estimates and quotes for repairs
